Dilwales are a matter of the past. It's now the guns who win over dulhaniyas (bride). This will be exemplified in Tangerine Digital Entertainment Pvt Ltd's new show Gunwale Dulhaniya le jayenge - a daily sitcom that will air on SAB.
As the title suggests, this is a tale of a don's son who falls in love with a simple girl. Sudhir Pandey plays the don while actor Abir Chaudhary plays his son. Debutant Shruti Vyas plays the Dulhaniya. Other actors include Himani Shivpuri, Sushmita Mukherjee and Vijay Kashyap.
The show will replace Lo ho gayi Pooja iss ghar ki in early March.
